After an existential/impactful crisis, such as an accident, illness or loss, you may want to reinvent yourself and your relationship with the outside world. Most people experience this as a life-changing experience. In the role of coach and mentor, I help you get out of this difficult period better and do things differently once and for all.
You will learn to make new decisions so that you can live your own life, without fear, towards a life with much more joy and fulfillment. Secretly dreaming about a life at the top or in the spotlight is no longer an option, you’re actually going to do it!
It can also be life changing to suddenly be promoted to CEO, become famous or very successful. It can be lonely at the top. Who else can you share your deepest emotions with? Someone who understands you, with whom you can have a conversation on an equal level and where it is safe?

My coaching style
There may be all kinds of reasons for choosing coaching. It can be an accessible way for young people to get help with their personal goals, learn to deal with stress and discover and indicate their limits.
During a coaching process you get to know yourself better and become aware of certain patterns. You learn to make your own choices so that you can live on your own terms with more joy and satisfaction.
I have years of experience in coaching and mentoring. On the one hand, my way of coaching is based on international coaching and training with techniques such as NLP, hypnosis and voice dialogue. In addition, it is ‘uniquely Joyce’, because I dare to use my high sensitivity. I function as a mirror, as it were. I tune in to you and can therefore bring to light things that you are not (yet) aware of.

As an entrepreneur or manager, do you need to discuss leadership and challenges you encounter with an experienced coach? At a time that suits you and where you don’t have to leave the house?
You will be coached remotely by telephone or video chat, or via audio messages on WhatsApp. How exactly does that work?
Online coaching by telephone
The time is kept per minute! If you want a quick, short telephone conversation and this ultimately takes 7 minutes, then these are 7 minutes and not 10.
Whatsapp coaching
This way of coaching works slightly differently. If you don’t have time to call, or would you prefer to simply send a message explaining your situation, that is possible! You will receive a response through audio messages. The time spent reading and being able to respond to the message is tracked by the coach.
